Aging Mastery Program
The Aging Mastery Program? (AMP) empowers older adults to make and maintain small but impactful changes in their behaviors. AMP offers an innovative approach to help individuals successfully navigate this phase of life. The program incorporates evidence-informed materials, expert speakers, group discussion, peer support, and small rewards to give participants the skills and tools they need to achieve measurable improvements in managing their health, remaining economically secure, and contributing actively to society.

Zumba - Pike Lake Elementary
Zumba? class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness ? cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of feeling awesome each time you leave class.

Discover the art of painting flowers and scrolls first

used by Norwegian sailors who were inspired by their

world travels. This group offers some friendly

instruction for all levels and a variety of styles and

techniques. Supplies are available for purchase. Meets every Thursday.

Join certified Silver Sneaker instructor Shannon Polson for a 45 minute strength and cardio session! Focus on a more efficient way of living with specifically designed strength exercises while increasing your endurance with light cardio. Each session includes a warmup and cool down where we'll focus on balance and flexibility. No equipment is needed; however if you have a pair of light weights, please bring them to class! No exercise experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes, proper footwear, and bring a water bottle.

Jeet Kune Do Fusion: Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Kempo and Cane are either for defense or for offense. What I have done with Jeet Kune Do Fusion is to combine (fuse) Jeet Kune Do with Hapkido for self-defense along with some kicks and blocks from Kempo, the fighting range from Tae Kwon Do and weapon disarming from Cane. Jeet Kune Do Fusion is not only a complete stand-alone system but it will work well with other systems. This system is for adults of all ages and limitations. No special ability needed. Students may advance in this program testing fees will be due and are payable to the instructor.
